Malaysia Service Centre for Tefal, Kenwood, Delonghi, Rowenta, Krups

Are you having problems getting the services or repairs electrical household goods, especially branded applications like TEFAL , Kenwood , DeLonghi , ROWENTA , Krups ? Is it difficult to get the contacts of their customer service?

I believe we have experienced this problem, especially for the brand TEFAL . TEFAL product is quite popular in shopping centers . However, if electrical TEFAL having problems , where do you need to send for a repair ? It is quite hard to find on the website and what we are able to find on the Facebook is an incomplete information and a lot of negative complaints posted by users of the TEFAL who visit the website.

I am also had felt to give up to fix my TEFAL Steam Generator which has a mechanical problem.
After contacting the supermarket where I bought TEFAL product , I managed to get the sole distributor and service center of TEFAL products and others as above.

First Time Purchase Through Ebay

Hi guys. I did post in my blog about my successfully first time ever to purchase my bike parts through oversea website (USA). The website is the owned by the company who is genuinely selling motorcycle parts.
Recently, I did made my first time order too via Ebay from oversea supplier, China. I did look through their supplies history such customers review, rates, etc. Then I had decided to place my order.
The payment made by credit card just about MYR13.00 only on 01.04.13. Once paid, the supplier has replied about the delivery durations, whereby they did mentioned that it takes about 7-30days to reach me. Then I did made several email conversations with them and also raised a issue about the duration that stated on the Ebay ads which will take about 7-14days. They did promply explained that it depends on the transportation as they were only using a standard shipping.
So, today on 14.04.13, I have received my item in 14days. Thats great. Below are the photos of the received item, then the snapshot of the ads on the Ebay.

Purchase From Oversea

Today I would like to share my experience purchasing the items from California, USA. Fyi, this is my first time buy & receive an items from far away (except for the neighbors, Indonesia & Thailand).
Most of us afraid if the item wouldn't reach us as expected either its wrong product, damage, etc. Of course, we need to check & verify the seller selling history, selling since when, etc. We also can copy the email address, nickname & company name then paste & browse into web to search any related articles about the seller.
In my case, its quite easy because its being recomended by experienced friend. I have ordered the motorbike part to replace my Yamaha Tmax faulty stator. Fyi, I did asked the local part dealers & Singapore too but most of the didn't keep the stock. They are also need long time to order the part & their price quite high. I can save about RM500(Malaysia) & RM200(Singapore) with direct order from this supplier. Actually, this is not the OEM part but the quality is match with the OEM or more better.
